enerPOD: Mobile, Distributed-Utilities Unit

Enertek has developed a proprietary and patent-pending decentralized electricity generation and utility services transport unit denominated "enerPOD". This enerPOD is a mobile trailer with integrated and embedded technologies that enables an off-grid, target plot of land with basic utility services including electricity, water, and telecommunications. One or multiple enerPODs help enable microgrids installed by enertek or third-parties for our customers.

Power Generation – The unit contains a rated diesel or gas electricity generator to provide base or peak loads, as required. Also, battery storage arrays, connectivity equipment, and software to operate solar panel and/or wind power, including optional renewable energy production equipment.  Inverters, charger, transformer, and distribution equipment is integrated for optimal performance.  

Water Treatment – The unit contains water pumping, softening, purification, storage, and/or treatment systems to support well or reservoir water availability at the target property.  Filtering, de-ionizers, and/or reverse osmosis is used.  Different water quality outputs are supported based on customer needs, from softened to purified drinking-water.

Software and Telecom – The unit is enabled with integrated smart metering, software and telecom equipment and services that enable remote monitoring and maintenance of the unit.  Also, it permits for basic internet access and LAN set-up for the target property, as needed. 

enerPODs are designed and manufactured in various models with different form-factors and capacities depending on end-use objectives. Hybrid electricity generation, high-capacity peak storage, efficient distribution, base water treatment, interactive metering & monitoring, and scalable capacities.

 Individual enerPOD pricing varies depending on specific equipment and capacity characteristics.  Order lead-time is currently 45-days pre-delivery with a 50% cash deposit requirement.
